Checklist

Confirm the following before moving to the next step.

  1. 01The system and interface master, owner, update rules, and approval rules are defined.
  2. 02Every system has an ID, owner, business unit, criticality, data classification, scope, and strategy.
  3. 03Every interface has source, target, direction, format, schedule, owner, impact, and scope.
  4. 04The inventory is reconciled with jobs, networks, contracts, monitoring, and business information.
  5. 05The rationale, history, and approver for each 6R decision are recorded.
  6. 06Out-of-scope handling, migration order, and key risks are agreed.
Completion condition: Decision makers have approved the objective, success metrics, budget, organization, and key milestones.
